Data controller
Matrix Edge Technologies, publisher and operator of 1N2 GoalMatrix, is responsible for processing needed for customer relations, access, support, billing and security.
Data concerned
Data processed may include name, email, country, account identifiers, plan, access rights, orders and payment references, security logs, preferences, support information and pseudonymised technical identifiers required for the authorised device. Device tokens, IP addresses and user agents are not stored in plain text by this mechanism.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing is used to create and secure accounts, provide the service, manage licences and subscriptions, prevent fraud, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases may be contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent.
Hosting and processors
The service relies in particular on hosting, authentication, database and email providers, and on PayPlug for card payments. They act only to the extent necessary to operate the service.
Retention and security
Data is retained for the periods required for the service, legal duties, contractual evidence and security. Administrative access is private, logged and controlled server-side.
